American violinist Quinton Morris tells a modernised story of the celebrated athlete, concert violinist and composer Chevalier de Saint-Georges through the performance of St. Georges’ violin sonatas and a presentation of a new film capturing key aspects of the musician’s life. I am delighted to join Quinton in this unique event, exploring the life and work of an 18th Century musician whose story needs to be told.
