Melbourne is slowly returning to its old self, with regular live performances becoming the norm once again. The Melbourne Digital Concert Hall is no exception with concerts abound, including the new Kawai Piano Series. I am delighted and honoured to be taking part in this series with a recital on Wednesday March 17th 2021 at 7pm (AEDT). The program will include two workhorses of the piano repertoire - the Chopin 1st Ballade and the Beethoven Waldstein sonata. I am also excited to present a new work by exciting US composer Anawim Avila, entitled The Accumulation. It will be wonderful to see you there, live at the Atheneum in Melbourne! Otherwise, as always with MDCH, you can watch the concert in the comfort of your own home. If it is inconvenient for you to watch the concert at its prescribed time (I’m thinking of all my dear friends in New York amongst others!), MDCH now support delayed viewing, where your purchased ticket allows you to view the concert for up to 72 hours after the concert has ended. Please refer to the MDCH FAQ page for more information. Hope you can make it, either in person or online! CLICK HERE FOR BOOKINGS AND DETAILS
