Considered one of the most popular composers of the Romantic period, Felix Mendelssohn’s body of work includes symphonies, concerti, oratorios, piano and chamber music. This year marks the bicentenary of his birth in Germany in 1809. This concert includes a sample of his cello works performed by two local rising young stars.
